Approximately four years ago, I made my first trip to the island and immediately fell in love with its beauty and mystic. In April ’06, I decided to purchase property in order to build a retirement home. After a couple of days of roaming around aimlessly and becoming quite disillusioned, I happened upon the Property Center complex in Sosua. There, Mr. George met me at the door and invited me inside to listen to my individual needs and concerns. He took into account the time span I required to start building my house and noted the specific features and amenities I desired for the community where the house would be located. Mr. George found me exactly what I was looking for and within my limited price range. Anytime I contact the Oz family with questions or concerns, I am made to feel as though I am their only and most important customer.

During our visit to the north coast of the Dominican Republic in July 06, we
were fortunate to meet Tay Oz of Property Center Real Estate, Sousa, RD.
Tay introduced to a gated community name CASA LINDA, not far from the center
of town. We were introduced to the developer, Don Pablo; Tay and Don Pablo
showed us the community. They were both gracious to show us the different
style of homes Don Pablo constructs in CASA LINDA.
We fell in love with the community and we purchased a 1/4 acre plot in the
Phase IV section. We are currently constructing a 3 bedroom-2 bath villa
on our land. Both Tay and Paul have kept us abreast of the construction by
sending us photos.
We have been extremely fortunate to meet and becomes friends with Tay Oz of
Property Center. We would recommend him to anyone would be interested in
investing in the Dominican Republic.

I can't begin to exalt on how fortuitous it was finding the Property
Centre while I was traveling in the Dominican Republic a few years ago. Not
only did they find me the perfect little house in a great neighborhood within
my price range, they also set me up with an excellent lawyer that took care of
the legalities in a timely manner. In addition they put me in contact with an
incredible contractor who renovated my entire house at a very decent price.
I have since bought a second piece of property near Sosua and the folks at
Property Centre smoothed that one through in no time at all. In addition they
helped me buy and register a motorcycle and have set me up with another very
proficient lawyer who is helping me with my residency papers. Far above and
beyond what one would expect from a real estate company.
